A homeowner turned to Reddit for advice after getting pushback from her HOA because she wants to refuse to give Halloween candy to children who don't live in the neighborhood. She argued that bad-behaved kids from out of town come to their small neighborhood because the candy is better, but she doesn't want to deal with them.
